Purchased 2 cell phones from freedompop with unlimited talk and text and 50 mb of data. Every time the data is used up, no calls or texts can be made unless on wifi. I've tried ridiculous amount of time to contact them by phone or email to no avail. The only time I was able to get a live person on the phone I had to pretend I wanted to purchase something from them, only to be placed on hold until I gave up. I've also tried to sign in to my accounts, somehow the passwords are always mysteriously incorrect. All I want is to let these folks know not to charge my credit card any longer. The phones worked ok with a few glitches for a while no biggie due to the price. Nevertheless I have no ways to contact these folks. Customer and technical services, GROSS to say the least. Please beware, if something is too good to be true it is probably true. My experience with freedompop and all their shady ways to get your money I had to find out, and truly qualifies for being nothing short of a SCAM. BEWARE.
