This dealership practices lies and deception. They advertised a car on a website and then when I went to look at it they added $3000.00 for a down payment that was not mentioned in the add and another $1000.00 Internet fee. They told me I would have to pay $378 a month for 72 months for this car. That's over $27000.00 for a car they listed online for $13999.00. When I refused to pay this amount they tried to sell me a differant car that I didn't even want.  They will not give you what your trade in is worth making the situation even worse. Then they refused to give me my registration for the car I purchased unless I gave them more money. I had to pay $125.00 for a registration that cost $89.00. The finance manager and salesman know full well how to manipulate the numbers to confuse you. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had.

Wow! Many questions answered

First using Santander tells us you have bad credit. We know that because they are a bad credit lender. Second your a ******. We know that with the comments in your response. Third you have a sense of entitlement. Tell us, did the dealership hold you hostage and create a situation where they forced you to stay awake 23 hours a day for 2 weeks? If they did tell us and we will get you help, we can send in a seal team to rescue you. Just type in here that it's all true.

oh shut up

u got some nerve. these people are really good talkers. they know occultism or something and they know how to manipulate the s*** out of u. they stress u out so bad that u will almost buy anything to get the f*** out of there. i got screwed there also and they actually stole all my cash for the down payment and put in their pocket and did a rewrite on my loan and hid all the cash they stole into the loan and it even has a 2000 gap in my loan. i was very very sick and very stressed out with no sleep in days and no food in weeks. they are fast talkers and told me to come in to sign more papers. i told them i had to work and i couldnt drive there because i was afraid i would crash the car. they told me they would have to take the car back if i didnt get there today.

its called a scam and it can happen to anyone including urself so stop being a jerk. i was so sick and they knew this and they used it against me. they kept telling me they would hurry so i could get to work and they had the papers folded and showed me where to sign. i was told it was the same loan that just needed to be redone. ever go 2 weeks with one hour of sleeo every nightr? i only owe 2 grand on the car and now i owe 15 grand. u cant just walk out when u already bought the car and they are manipulting ur mind while ur on no sleep and no food. u wanna just sign and go. i was late for work so i did what they said because i was too exhausted to actually think much less fight and i was being threatened that they would take my car back.

so b4 u go against other good hard working people and start sticking up for the criminals then u should realize what a d*** u truely are. im suing the s*** out of them for fraud and the criminal bank santander they actually shifted my loan to. keep acting like ur better then others and eventually it will happen to u. then ur gonna be on here b****ing and crying like a little girl. im stronger now and as far as im concerned i own that car and the bank can f*** off because i will destroy anyone who even tries to touch it. no pone will take anything from me again and u need to get some morals and understand that every car dealer are criminals and so are all banks and im just saying NO and it WILL work in my favor.

the best thing about this is that it may become a blessing because i am able to sue 3 different parties. so keep ur immoral comments to urself and be grateful that someone is posting the negative car dealers. how dare u attack someone that is giving free information so others dont get f***ed by the system. shame on u too. i bet u work for those a**hole iranians huh? they need to go back to where they came from. they do not belong on this planet much less in this country. wow. it felt so empowering to put ur stupid a** in its place. how stupid to u feel right now?

So Why Did You Stay There?

AUTHOR: Jim - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 11, 2014

You brought out a great case for bogus, add-on, phoney fees!  You also very clearly stated your opposition to those fees.  So my question is a very, very simple one...Why did you even stay there and let them pull this on you?  The reasons the bogus fees are a mainstay in the sleazy car business is they know far too many people will simply give in and go along with it!  Why did you go along with it?  Do you know in the transaction YOU are the person in control!  YOU are the person with the money and without YOU there is no sale!  They need YOU.  You don't need them!  Whenever a store treats you improperly then get up and walk out.  YOU are the customer.  YOU don't need the garbage!
