Freelance Homewriters.com They keep on deducting fees from my credit card and does not respond to my emails to cancel my membership. Miami Florida

I sighned in with Freelance Homewriters. They say you get your money back if you want to cancel. I tired to cancel within 7 days, but I thought I had internet trouble, since all my mails failed to go through. Then I saw a second amount being deducted from my bank card.At first did not understand the second amount being deducted from my credit card.

Upon reding the terms and conditions I saw that I have to pay a fee each month. I send numerous emails in attampts to contact them on their site and via mail and even try to phone them, but cant get through to their number in attampts to try and cancel my membership.

Most of my emails get returned with deamon delayed failure error codes. I went to my bank and even stopped my card, but the bank also neglected it and the payments go through now on a weekly basis!

How the heck am I going to stop these people? I had 7 days to cancel, but they dont respond to your mail. I have 8 weeks to cancel complete membership to get my money back, but they don't respond. I tried 3 different email addresses, but they don't respond.They are depleting the only funds I got left in my bank and I think of stopping my bank account completely.

I file this report because I saw on the internet I'm not the only person getting ripped off this way. They once replied asking my membership details upon which I've sent it. I never heard from them again. I mean I gave them all my dtails upon registration so how come they have problems?

They even have my tellephone number. I even tried to get hold of them via their forums, but they never placed my post.
