Freelancer I have been trying to get my money released for 3 weeks. I have taking my pictures 8 times with my driver license and the verification code they assigned me in the proper position exactly like the sample image but each time they would just reject it. Sydney, New South Wales Australia

Freelancer is holding my money hostage and will not allow me to transfer it to my bank account. I worked hard for the money and asked repeatedly for help on the indentiy verification process since they keep rejecting the picture with my driver license and the verification code they assigned to me.  I took the picture exactly like the sample image but yet they keep rejecting it.  I have asked repeatedly for help from their support department since the verification department rejected my picture with the required driver license and verification code. I am a new user on their website so I kept contacting them begging for help so I can get my money released but they refuse to help but told me I just need to do what they ask and take the picture and submit it with the required information.  I did it 8 times and got tired of them rejecting and telling me to do it again. I told them they need to show me what I am doing wrong so I can do it right but they refuse to do that. All I get is email saying I need to follow instructions and take the picture with require information.  Holding my money for soon to be 4 weeks is not acceptable.  I was told that they will not release my money until I submit the information exactly how they want it.  I have said repeatedly that I need help to do it the way they want it but they are not bother. 

 I have expressed over and over to them that I need help to get the picture done the way they want so I can transfer my money and close my account. The reps on via chat offer to close my account but I told her she was crazy to think I would just close my account with $705.37 of my money being held up.  I told her that I didn't need her help closing the account but I need her help to get the picture done to get my money but she wasn't interested in helping me with that.  I have contacted them via chat and through emails at least 20 or more times in total but they still will not help me get the picture done right so I can get my money released. I keep getting a generic email saying I need to just follow instruction and take the picture with the require information. If it was up to them, I will be taking the picture and they reject it for 25 years or I just die.  I have never ever seen anything like this before.  I have account on other online job sites and went through the verification process with no problem but Freelancer is a totally different.  They could careless about their users and will deduct money from your paypal or bank account without permission.  I filed a dispute through my bank once I realized they had tried to get the money out my bank account when they had already deducted it from the money they holding hostage and will not let me transfer it.  I am not applying for any work on their site.  I am just waiting for my money to be release so I can close my account and end the worse nightmare of my life which has been going on seem like forever.
