Freelotto - plasmaNet ripoff New York New York

plasmNet Inc is a bad company.
This company is one of scam.
This story is my experences to be defraud from them.

One day of september.2006,I had received the email from the freelotto.
It was seeking me as winner in amount of $1,000,000.
They said that a convenient way to submit the winning entry is attached in the URL according to the their guide.

So I had done it without deep consideration.
At that time, the sequences are as follows.

1. Verification of PIN validation(form 7082A) click
2. Tye credit card number (form 7082B)..$9.99/month click
3. choose "double game" or "single game" "no" click
4. sponsor's page click
as son as I clicked this page,it suddenly shows popup that I must pay $299 as skyaucyion's fee.
5. submssion page ..choose "submit" or "cancel".."cancel" click

It is strange to requst the sponsor's fee so that I planned to review the details of their rules,terms and conditions.

There are no specification against sponsor's fee.
Therefore,I guessed that everything would be disappeared from advanced actions by pushing the "cancel"button.
After reviewing,I had tried to enter their system again,I could not approach to it by reasons that account was already made.

According to their rules,one click is final action so that I have to pay $ 299 as sponsor's fee.

I had appealed them this facts and asked to modify it by email, but no reply anything for me.
Under this circumstances, they had sent me the same email continuously.
I had realized that it is impossible to talk with them and had sent a postal mail to them.

Two weeks later, I recieved an email from Mr Josh Pratt.
He said that their previous email is the only promotion for their service, but not win notification.

Then, why they attached the sponsor's fee on the prococessing of submission if it were only the promotion offer?

This is a fraud.

I asked the freelotto to refund $299,but they are not respond anything until now.

I found that the freelotto sent same email like as I had received to many peoples in the whole world.
Please don't be defrauded by the freelotto.
