My Husband pass last July without leaving a will and the Mortgage was only in his name. In February I received notice that the bank was going to foreclosed on the house, after I receive an ad from Freeman Saxton P C that they can help I call to find out about the foreclosure process I spoke with Ken Williams told him my story and that We were planning to go down there and try to bid on it. Ken told me the investors will outbid us and they can help me stop the sale, and get the house in my name all I have to do is pay $800. per month.
I paid the $800. and things were on the way until we got to a week before the sale Ken told me to go and file an affidavit of Domicile in the Supreme Court and did not even prepare this document when I got there The Supreme court nor the Probate court could file this form then I call Ken and told him he told me to fax the form to him. Monday before the sale I called to find out if they were able to stop the sale Ken said he would call me back and never return my call. The house was foreclosed on and I had to call them to get this news and they said they would try to work with the investor to see if he would work with me. The day after i spoke with them I received a letter saying my case was closed and I would not get a refund.
here is my problem how could they know all that I was going through after losing my husband and all that and still do this to me but, here is my advice to all you scammers out there honesty is the best policy get to know the Lord Jesus Christ and ask him to lead you and he will direct your path Amen

This information is so far from the truth I don't even know why you Lawyers are still in Business. (1) You said I told you the house was in my name when I told Ken the whole story and he said he can help because they handle a lot of cases like this.
(2) You sent me to file the afidavit of domicile when affidavit of domicile cannot even be filed in Georgia.
(3) I called Ken Monday April 1st evening to find out if they were able to stop the sale he said he would call me back he never did up to this day I have never heard from him again. I called again on Tuesday he totally ignored my call and On Wednesday I called the main Office and thats when I was told the House was sold on Tuesday April 2nd.
The bottom line Saxton Freeman I am not out to get anything out of this I just want to inform others that you all are big ripoffs and for them to be aware and please be true to the people and do honest work because the money is not worth it. we all going to die one day and all they money is going to stay here please give your life to the lord Jesus Christ and be honest and your business will prosper and that's the only way it would may God richly bless you.

Mrs. McDowall came to us a few days before the foreclosure. She insisted that she was the owner of the house (she was not legally on title). We charged her $800.00 dollars to do research and send correspondence to the mortgage lender in order to try and stop her pending foreclosure sale. She was informed and signed documentation stating she understood that the strategy she hired us to pursue may not work and had no guarantee of success. Unfortunately, because she was not the owner of the property, the lender would not stop the foreclosure and the home was sold. Client expected us to prepare Affidavit of Domicile but did not pay us for this work. She knew this in time to pursue her original strategy of buying the property at auction but chose not to buy it anyway.
