 Freeman Saxton was given a retainer fee of $1000 to start my case to save my home from foreclosure. First thing they told me to do was file bankruptcy myself to prevent an auction sell. I had to pay for this myself and drive to Rome to file myself. After filing they informed me is wasn't necessary. AFTER I had filed. This filing has already ruined my ability to stay at another apartment. After taking a payment installment of $866 for the first month, they withdrew ANOTHER $866 payment only TWO days after. There were insufficient funds which cause late fees and almost interrupted utilities. Late fees were NEVER reimbursed to this day.
