Back in in June of 06 they were supposed to send me a $50 gift card to walmart after 3 months I contacted them by email since they do not have any phone #'s listed at all. They replied to my email and said that they were having technical diff. and that I would receive my gift card soon.
What a JOKE here it is Dec. 14th and still no gift card as promised in not 1, but 3 emails I received from them in response to my numerous complaints about NOT receiving my gift card.
NOW they wont return any messages I send to them regarding the gift card they OWE me. DO NOT shop with Freeride.com online service try (((ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME))) they are honest and reliable.
