This disgraceful company has a cool search feature when you first come to it. You search for an MP3 or ringtone, and it finds it. When you click on download, it tells you that you need to subscribe in order to have access. So you subscribe. While their one-time fee is small -- $7.95 -- once you get your access, you discover... there ARE no downloads on the site! There is NO way go actually get the song you wanted -- because they DON'T HAVE THEM!!!! This is a CLASSIC bait and switch. I was baited by the opportunity of downloading my song.
When you attempt to go to the contact page to contact them, there is NO way to contact them! They offer NO e-mail address or phone numbers. This site is the biggest bunch of crap in history. And Paypal refused to refund my money.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Contacting us for support issues

We offer the same search once you're a member. You can search for the files and download them to your phone. It sounds like this customer just needed a little assistance with using our service or to be pointed in the correct direction.
About the issue of getting support. We have a support page where you can read through our support FAQ's or contact us if you need more assistance. There's a guide that tells you how to use our support system and also a FAQ that walks you through the process of contacting our support staff. We get hundreds of support tickets a day so our support system is indeed available and working.
Our main support page can be found here:
http://www.freeringers.net/support/
For non-members, our FAQ's can be found here:
http://www.freeringers.net/support.php
For members, our FAQ's can be found here:
http://www.freeringers.net/members/support.php?id=12
(This link is in the member's area so you'll need a login to get to these FAQ's)
On each of our FAQ's there's a "Contact Support" link if the FAQ doesn't totally answer your question and you need more assistance. Like most companies, you submit an email for support from a web form and not to an email address. It's done this way because of the large volume of spam and bulk email which makes it difficult to sort out what emails are from customers and what's just spam and bulk email. Also, by using a form we can get your customer account information so we don't need to spend a few emails being bounced back and forth just to locate your account in our database. Our FAQ's and customer support system is fairly standard these days in the support industry so it should be familiar to most people.
