I called this company every day last week. Each time I was told my problem would be taken care of. My problem being that I never used their services and wanted a refund. The only thing I got was silence, which I would have been patient had it not been for a previous refund

The 1st phone call to this company went well(I thought). As soon as our call was finished I received a . confirmation email about a $1.00 refund. There should have been a 2nd refund for $29.95. I thought , well I'll give it time to be approved. Long story short after a week of trying to talk to a supervisor I was"disconnected 4 times and never reached a manager.

The last person I talked to said there was no $29.95 charge to my Bank Account. Funny because my bank statement shows otherwise. Then before I could even get off the phone they charged my account again, when they should have been issuing a refund. They verified my phone # and told me someone would call me.Maybe I'm wrong ,but it seems like pretty bad business to me.
