We ordered shoes on 8/1/2008 and received a confirmation that they would ship in 4-7 business days. A few days later the company said they only had the next size up and asked us to confirm if we would accept the substitution. We e-mailed back that that was okay.

Since it has been nearly 3 weeks and the company did not confirm the change order, I have been trying to follow up on the status. I cannot find a phone # and they are not answering their e-mails. I did a Google search under the company name and BBB and came up with this website.

Do not order from Freestyleshop.com!
