I ordered 2 skateboard decks and a set of wheels, bearings, trucks and 2 grip tapes from freestyleshop.com.  I got an email on Dec. 2nd saying the wheels were not available and that the one board, Zero, would ship in 4-7 days but the rest was mailed on the 2nd.  1st lie.  (I was of course billed on Dec. 2nd)

I sent emails after the 14th trying to find out what was up with my order but of course I just kept getting a response to check the website and a tracking number.  Well the number I was given was supposedly for UPS which it wasn't because it was the wrong format so I tried USPS and it still wasn't found. 

So I sent more emails....with no luck and never ever got a phone call.  I finally found a phone number on my credit card bill and called that on the 22nd.  I got a very rude little girl who insisted that the order was sent that day and that I would get it all on the 24th so "what was my problem"?  Of course the Zero board was now apparently on Special Order and would not be here on time.  And because it was on Special Order, which I did not authorize and even know about until the 22nd, I 'could not get a refund and it could not be stopped'.  I knew it wouldn't be here on time so I called shops in town and found a lifesaver with ILoveBoardshop.com that got me my board on the morning of the 24th.  It was a gift for my nephew that I was seeing on Christmas Eve.

Well my partial order did come on Dec. 24th.  The wrong Enjoi board, of course.  So I had no gift for my Grandson on Christmas morning.  The pattern as well as the width is wrong.  He was obviously extremely disappointed.  It's Christmas break and he can't play on his new board.  Plus I got the Zero board on Monday.  So now I need an exchange and a refund.

Of course no one would answer the phones on Monday.  I finally got through today and got the same little rude girl that I now know is also a Liar.  Apparently she has her manager wrapped around her little finger because he chose to believe that I, the customer, was lying to him vs. his employee and hung up on me a few times.  I have all the emails but he still wouldn't listen.  There is not one email that shows that my order was changed.  Up to the last email it still shows the same board order number.  BUT she did change the UPS to USPS on the last copy, the 22nd.  And I could only pull up the USPS number the afternoon of the 22nd showing inly info had been sent then to them.  The Zero board still showed being sent in 4-7 days on the invoice.

Apparently the little rude girl who is the customer service person says that she Called me on Dec. 2nd and told me that the Enjoi board was not available and if I would take an alternate board.  She says she actually talked to me on the phone and that I said "yes".  LIE!  I wasn't even home that day to get a phone call!

My grandson was all over the computer looking for this particular board for hours before I ordered it on 11-27.  There is no way I would have ordered him a different one.  Since the manager won't listen I am apparently being ripped off for 2 boards.  I actually have 2 boards but I don't need them and I'm sure if I sent them back I still wouldn't get refund.

Just wanted to vent and let others know that this company is not worth the aggravation to do business with because you won't get your correct product or get it on the day promised.  There website says they Bill on the day they Ship.  Another Lie.
