FREETRICITY, LLC Morgan, Linda, Carl Lied, lied and continued to lie about products they manufacture, failed to deliver and failed to REFUND my initial investment when I desired to OPT out of their business, given their poor delivery times and products lack of quality control HEMET California

Who wouldn't get excited about a cheap buy-in to a new product that delivers residential green energy? (Probably just trying to make myself feel better) I thought I did enough research to make the investment of $1080.00 for a distribution area and another $2845.00 for a grid connect system from the Boy was I wrong. Freetricity is the ultimate in con-artistry IMO, they get you excited and rightly so, what a great product to sell but once you begin asking questions, then things start to get lost in cyberspace, like emails they claim they have sent back to you that answered all your questions, and when asked to re-send them, they don't.
I read their elementary contract and didn't agree with it, so I asked about it and never got a reply, so I started digging further into the web for input and found quite a few people who have also been ripped off by Freetricity. I have yet to find anyone who has anything good to say about them that isn't suspiciously another masked employee of said company posing as a consumer, how would I know c'mon if they would refund my money, that would be a good business practice and I would retract anything negative about them problem is they LIE about the details of everything this person said or did not say or what have you, pretty soon even the most astute listener is spinning. My dad an old marketing man used to say; "say it simple and mean what you say, your word is your business!" Obviously the folks at Freetricity have different ethics, and I for one would like to see them Tarred and feathered for ripping off those of us interested in Green Energy Businesses

Carl (one of the founders/owners) left me a message on my cell phone (which I saved) telling me all refunds are made on the 5th and 15th of every month, so if I get a check after July 5, 2008 for my $3925.00 I will come back here and remove this post. According to many folks I have read of similar experiences, Carl likes to threaten with his own legal resources those who question his actuality and product claims. Funny thing is lawyers are a dime a dozen, and anyone can get one it would seem to me we have a class action suit here if we can all find each other, we all may be able to get our money back, or at the least put these folks in jail/prison for awhile.

I have made inquiries to small claims resources for potential actions, we will see what Carl chooses to do? I will keep you posted.

Bottom line; avoid doing any type of business with Freetricity unless you are an undercover investigator for the FBI.
