I have been having a problem with their company for two months. everytime you try to contact them they don't answer your emails. Their Phone number they supply is a voice mail you can't speak to anyone live. I sent numerous emails and made numerous phones non have been returned.

They say if you want a refund email them at email address you received when you signed up for their service. Yet they don't answer email or phone calls.
I have tried for a month to get my $24 dollars back, I paid them for 6 months of hosting and I can't even use their service. And another month trying to contact their so called tech support.

Their service is constantly going down. And they have no one who helps you! They are a rip off stay away from them. paypal is no help either. That is the way I paid for the service. Paypal is just as much as a ripoff as freewebs.com

I for example don't trust you and I will tell you why, I am not in the business to take care of your employees.

Any refund requests sent to that email address are refunded without hassle within 2-3 days.
As for not answering messages, FreeWebs does not offer support by phone, the number you are calling is not a number to the FreeWebs office.
There are several other options. YOu can either try emailing us again at the above address mentioned, or use the Contact Us form located at:

If you repond to this message, please provide additional information including either your paypal email address, or your paypal subscription ID, or transaction number, or your last name, and the date of purchase, and I will personally see to it you are refunded.

FreeWebs has millions of users and has no incentive to keep your $20, we would be happy to refund you and resolve this matter cordially.

If thats the case how come I still have no refund and still no reply to the numerous emails, and I don't have isp filtering and I check each and every message that come to my email junk mail as well. And you say any one who wishes to receive a refund can do so at billing@freewebs.com, so how come i haven't received my refund after i sent 20 emails to that same email address. How come I haven't received a phone call back after 20 messages left on your so called phone number. Your a rip off and a con!
