last year freeze.com and etelegate ripped me off . i went through the ringer with them over my 23.99 for four months before i finally tracked down a phone number to freeze.com and got a refund. freeze kept telling me they sent my refund to etelegate and etelegate said that freeze hadn't send a refund. it was horrible. everytime i talked to someone from either company be it by phone or internet i was assured that the account was cancelled. over and over again i was reassured this. well guess what i got on my bank statement. etelegate and freeze.com charges again. i have tried contacting them and no answer.
i am furious. i had to cancel my debit card and reorder a new one. i dont understand how they can get away with this. they not only rip you off, but they make you feel like they are saying ha ha we got you every time you talked to them on the phone. they know it is a scam and they enjoy it. i would love to see them get closed down. they are horrible people. don't trust anything they say. i will find the number again and when i do i will post it.
