Labor, materials & equipment were provided to perform maintenance & repair services to Freidmans Jewelers store on Seven (7) different occasions. Work was requested by these store's managers to their corporate home office whom approved & forwarded the work to be performed through a national facilities call center whom issued me the Purchase Orders to complete the work with my technicians.

The national call center has also not been paid and has been pursuing legal remedies with no success to date. I have issued a demand for payment to the national facilities maintenance company following the guidelines outlined in the 'Complete Guide to Mechanic's and Materialman's Lein Laws of Texas' filling instructions section, published by LexisNexis (this book can be found in use in all Texas county courthouse law libraries).
Properly executing a Lein on a property varies from state to state as well as time limits to fill, however, doing so may jeopardize future work with the facilities maintenance company whom I've enjoyed a long & good working relationship. As of today Freidman's Jewelers owes me $2,179.30.

Freidman's, by not attending to their obligation to pay their debts forced my company to turn to my bank for a Line of Credit to pay the Technicians and Material supplier accounts (with interest) to maintain an on going business.

In doing so they have caused me to spend additional funds in interest fees from would be profits.

Considering the scale & business breadth Freidman's enjoys in the marketplace and the unbelievable mark-up placed on their jewelery, I find them seriously lacking business honesty especially when their industry tauts the diamond as the symbol of fidelity!?! So much for the image. They should be placed in the same class as used car salesmen, politicians and oil & petrolium companies.
