Freight max LLC freight max will not pay there employees brandywine, Maryland

My name is John Raymond, I have been working for Freightmax LLC, since they have started.  They are a family owned company and treats every driver like a family and not a "number".  I have been there long enough where they share every detail and even involve their drivers in company decisions.  Company's like Freightmax, is what every experienced driver looks for in this market.  They give all the miles you want, always takes care of them and supports each other in good and rough times.  This guy here complaining about this company, I know all about him.  Neglectful drivers like him is hurting us all hard working drivers in this industry.  This guy drained out the battries in the truck twice, by leaving all the light on inside overnight costing the company roadside service calls over $300, and then again runing out of fuel in the middle of the interstate...costing another $200.  To top it off, the same week, he even got stuck on grass while trying to make a u-turn in the middle of the night.  Too embarassed he got help from the locales over there....but in the process ripped off the whole front bumper of the company's truck.   Now tell which company in this industry would have kept this guy working after these incidents.  Freightmax still gave him a chance, and let him work.  Freightmax is a company, who truly believes in second chances and give every driver that applies for them a fair chance and in the process they end up with neglectful and careless driver like this guy.  Nobody can force a driver to drive more hours than they are allowed legally, so by saying that the company made this driver driver over the hours...just shows how neglectful and inexperienced he is.  This guy also oversleeps and I remember, he was always falling behind on his deliveries because he couldn't get up in the morning.  This guy quit without notice and threatened to abandon the truck.  The company politely asked him to bring the truck back to their yard in Brandywine, MD and in return they would pay for his plane ticket back, which they did.  He originally picked up the truck from the TA in Commerce, GA near Atlanta, where the truck was being repaired.  It truly hurts me because drivers like these are giving us truck drivers a bad name and reputation.  We are looked down by people because of this nature.  This company is truly a good company, that works hard 24/7 and gives their 100% to help every driver they hire.   The owner himself drove 300 miles at midnight to give money for my ailing mother because I requested it.  So please, don't try to blame someone for your own faults and adapt to learn from your mistakes.  Don't come on here and write things that are not true.  I have been working for Freightmax since they started and I know a lot of drivers that are happily working for them.
