Freight Xpress Services Tried to make me run Illegal logs and withheld my check for damages that did not occur because I refused to run illegally. Phoenix Arizona

Freight Xpress Services owner told me he would pay me $50.00 to p/u a set of ramps to take to another place. After telling him and the customer I did not have sufficent hours to do the task, he threatened to call highway patrol to report truck stolen if I didn't bring truck back to Phoenix. Also threatened that if I left truck he would withhold my last check for recovery fees. I brought truck back only to find that he blocked my car in with a trailer and removed the glad hand from the trailer so I could not get my car out. I tried pulling the tandem lever to slide forward giving me the room to move my car but the dirt lot made the tires dig into the dirt. Later he showed up and him and two mechanics put rocks under the wheels and burned up the tires (smoked them) pulling on it with another truck! He is now charging me with damages that I never did (damaged tires in peel out in dirt and clay) which would not damage tires. Them putting the rocks may have took some tread off though! Now they won't give me check to pay for these damages that they lied about and are apparently sueing me for more damages that I did not do! And unauthorized truck use when he told me to bring it back or he would report it stolen and charge me with truck abadonment! He also refused to give me my logs from the truck as well!
