freightliner ripoff warranty admin. poor management poor workmanship tallahassee florida

I am currently in the shop at Tallahassee Truck Service. The original post here is pure slander and should be taken as such. These folks DO NOT require ANY payment up front and though they may not have a 15,000 sq. ft. service facility, I would come here before going to Freightliner in Tallahassee. Nowhere at Tallahassee Truck Service do they claim to be an authorized Freightliner Dealership. They are a small, privately owned independent shop. They are not out to rip anyone off and will work with you in any way they can. I understand every once in a while people have difficulties with businesses, but the slander as posted by the original complainant is, without any proof other than his word, nothing more than a pack of lies.

Tallahassee Truck is NOT an Authorized Freightliner LLC Dealer and no one should take their truck there expecting authorized warranty repairs.

In July 2004, a new company became the authorized Freightliner location in Tallahassee. This new company has locations in Montgomery and Dothan Alabama, Tifton GA and Tallahassee Florida and is authorized to do warranty repairs on Feightliner, Sterling and Western Star Trucks. It's new location is 4755 Capital Circle Dr, Tallahassee FL 32303
