Fremont Investment & Loan loss mitigation dept, rude,pay up or get out, my house went to sheriff sale, no one bid so I did, $100.00 out of nowhere,there rep. ran up & I could't hear what he said but he mocked my attorney & left, 2007 San Bernardino California

I've had problems with fremont mtg., for 2yrs., to the point my house went for sheriff's sale, no one bid on my home so I did, $100.00, all of a sudden, there rep., showed up last min., and bid $100.00. Sheriff's sale would not accept my bid because they though I was mocking them, I was suspose to have a stop sale on the home because I was selling another, with the money from other sale of home I would not be here now. (the stop sale did not take place, if I did't go that day I would of not known, there was a comunication problem between 3 lawyers, and the order I needed was't done)

So, to keep the house I filed chapter 13, the payments were almost 1,700.00 per month, I tried to fix this problem, because this amount was the forbarance amount and not the original mortage payment, of course I missed some payments, and was told by my attorney to send all you can, well now that was not enough either, because, Fremont sent back my last payment of $2,500.00 with no explaination, I had to find out they put the deed in there name, as of dec. 27,2007 and they now own my house.

The sheriff sale was in feb. 2007, they did not have to pay anything until that time, which was $100.00, I got copies of papers myself, what did Fremont do with the money I've been sending to them? My attorney now say's just file chapter 7 and all is forgiven, sorry, the original loan amount is incorrect on my bankruptcy papers, and the amount that I owe fremont should be different, what can I do if anything? I told my attorney I wanted an investigation, he laughed. any one interested?
