Fremusic4download.com And NewHealthsavings.com documented deceptive credit card fraud. Rip-off! New York

These guys are really bad. The $1 fee you think is for some new music download software is actually a link to FREE software. And its billed in ADVANCE for 4 years! And if you are not careful, they will hit you for another $79 a month later as being a member of there health savings website.

I am actively gathering people who have been mislead and cheated by these folks. I have spoken with them extensively on the phone and they refurse to answer even basic questions about there business. Please contact me, if you would like to pursue recourse against this fraudulent misleading operation.

The telephone number 646-495-8107 was given to me by Sgada (PO Box 801808 Santa Clarit, CA 91380-1808) in regards to a $48 credit card dispute (12/10/04 about a charge from freemusicfordownloads.com).

Yet it is also the number of newhealthysavings.com? Are they the same company. And I would like a physical location in New York for the operation of this business ie: County or Town or City.

I have requested this information to further investigations into a credit card dispute. This email has been forwarded to CapitalOne Credit Cards IS Dept: , Sgada (PO Box 801808 Santa Clarit, CA 91380-1808), The New York States Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Service department in New York State.
Any response will be added in your defense, any non response will add to the growing evidence in ongoing claims besides my own.

I have contacted my Credit card Company, The New York Attorney Generals office and I am proceeding with all the actions advised by them. I have tried to have the charge remove by your company, but your company refuses to give me there address or location. I have proceeded to contact Better Business in New York State, and have seen complaints against you already. I am now working with them to expose your deceptive credit card fraud. Your credit card processing company has also been informed, and they are trying to verify that you are a legitimate company.

I have yet to figure out how a music download link website , has anything to do with New Healthy Savings for medical discounts. Your site at http://newhealthysavings.com/ clearly states that people can cancel at anytime. I have made that request by phone and by email now. Your phone screener would not give me anyone in charge to speak with and refused to even give your location in New York State. Also I was not able to recieve any name but Terrence Wilson, from the phone call screener.

He was unwilling to give me the name of the company owner or anyone I could speak with. When asked if he thought this was a scam, his silence was very telling. Obiously you have mislead many people, based on all the complaints about newhealthysavings I was able to find on the web. I am formally demanding the return of the $48 charged on 12/10/04 by SGADA, the credit card processor for your supposed legitimate company.
