We told our salesman, which we recently found out is a manager now of all things, that we already owned somewhere else, and could not afford another condo payment, at all. Well, he gave us a number to call (which is also a scam...never pay someone to sell your timeshare!!) and PROMISED and even GUARANTEED us that our old timeshare would sell within six months.
Wow! IF that happened, why couldn't we afford this new and "better" one? Sound too good to be true? He knew that we only had five days to back out. He knew that with the knowledge that our old one would sell fast, of course we wouldn't back out!
We listed our old timeshare....nope, it did not sell. It is now paid for, but we still have fees. So, now we were suckered twice!! On top of all that, it was our anniversary when we bought into this one!!

Do these reports really do any good? I sure hope so, because getting repaid for being lied to is what I'm looking for. Our word against theirs, but if enough people file a report against these scammers, or any scammers for that matter, it will all be worth it!
