Fresh Chocodiles STEALS MONEY! NO REPLY, NO SHIPMENT!!! SCAMMERS! CALIFORNIA Internet

I placed an order online and got a "thank you" email telling me my product would ship on Tuesday. I paid big bucks for priority shipping.

A week went by, two weeks went by. I started emailing them. Of course no reply, nothing! I filed a dispute with paypal and said I would close it as soon as I got my order or update, and still nothing. My money is out there and paypal is giving them until the 22nd of May to update. I know first hand how slow paypal is.

It's not fair they have a rep of scamming people and yet paypal is holding on to my money. This is crazy! Ripping people off like this. Please avoid them and don't get taken. Had I read here first I would not have fallen for it! My mistake, I hope I can help others not make the bad decision I did.

I did end up also filing with the gov't internet tipline- ic3.gov and pissedconsumer. I've had enough of people stealing. I would not have gone and filed on these 2 sites, but the guy emailed and said he didn't send it and I'd get a refund. I still have no refund.

I got an email after a lot of emails. They claim I was trying to scam them because I filed a complaint with paypal. How? I filed 3 days AFTER They promised to ship because they didn't provide tracking nor did they ship the item or I would have had it on the 3rd day based on priority shipping.

I called him out on their lies and they said 24 hours to issue refund. GIve me a break! It takes literally a MINUTE to click refund on paypal and send the money back. This is bull. They steal and screw around.

They finally admitted never shipping my items- which I plan to give to the gov't tip line www.ic3.gov for internet crime and I am giving to my sheriff when they come out. All they had to do was refund my money and they refuse. I hope they get what is coming to them!

I firmly belive, weather true or not, they just take the money and use for whatever they want. Most people don't care, but it is the POINT! Don't steal. What goes around comes around.

I too have been ripped off (see my 5/10 posting). Ordered on Thursday 4/29--it said order would ship Tues. Never shipped, and they have ignored 20+ emails. How are they still open?????? Why doesn't Paypal limit their account???? I, too, made the mistake of not looking these crooks up before I ordered. :(
