Fraud cleaning management of South Florida


Do not use Fresh Cleaning management if you care about your floor or sofa or home for that matter. A revolving door of untrained workers,  lousy management of time and personnel, and a daily storm of counter productivity and chaos.

This company and its owner  Jesus are a fraud plain and simple. This business was given to him. Don let him fool you this business is not "three generations" .He's not even a clean person in general how can he know about cleaning?. He claims he knows how to work floors but he will never be at a job site working. Ever. The only time he went to a job site to work  while I worked at company, he destroyed a beautiful Marble Floor him and another worker.
Another person and I had to fix what he did and salvage the floor the next day. Homeowners have sued him,verbally assaulted him. He hides behind his manager and wants him to resolve issues that are of his own doing.

One homeowner has even assaulted him. How horrible must a job performed on your floor be, furthermore how bad must the  cleaning business owners' attitude about the job performed be if you feel the need to punch him in the face. His employees have even attempted to assault him. He does work on your floor . If you don't like it too bad. He wants to be paid. He gets an attitude when customer is unhappy. Ive seen this many many times.He has even  threatened to throw acid on floor in order to extract funds from the customer. He has no idea what he's doing. Does not train employees properly. Hires non English speaking non citizens so he can pay really little. He trains them to "do as little as possible"to a sofa or floor. He wants the worker to basically do very little at the job then rush. "Lightly soak" the sofa. "Get in and get out " If the worker takes too long at job he will deduct it from their pay. He tells you to "lightly soak" the sofa or rugs.. Not to waste time at jobs. But then when there an issue with the work he wants you to pay for it. He runs the business like a fraud.

The owner of fresh cleaning management  is dirty. As far as hygiene is concerned and also his management practices. He looks and smells horrendous most of the time. Even if he washes up and begins to use non soiled clothes, he'll still be a dirty person The only thing he "manages" to do is cheat people out of money thru his fraud cleaning. He gets the bulk of his job leads thru the home improvement Sunday ads marketing so if you are considering hiring him because you saw his pretty van and truck photos in the marketing ad, please go with another company. Do you want untrained people who are not trained to not care,  to care about your home to perform work on your floor? How can this be?

Any company is better than this fraud company. The vehicles are disgusting they are rotting away from the inside.Do not let the nice clean website with the nice clean vehicles on it fool you. The office is disgusting with trash rats and roaches and fleas in the place where he supposedly "cleans " your rugs on site . There can be infestation occurring so when you get your rugs delivered back to you.. There Can be eggs already in the rug. I worked for fresh cleaning for many months and no one can tell me different.  These are NOT theories. I worked there. Hes paranoid about workers stealing and clocking hours but not performing, yet he does not train them how to do an effective, proper job. And he does not do whats needed to run an actual cleaning company.hes not interested in customer satisfaction, only his bank account.


This is what I've witnessed from working there as long as I did. About nine months of putting up with this fraud. I would attempt to talk sense into him but he's a cheap,miserable individual  and all improvements to him are costly in his warped mind. Even simple things that can be done to be better that does not cost a penny. To him things are fine and his cash cow works for him. Screw the customers who later find issues with the work performed in their home.

Screw the workers too.


For example: A workers mom dies, and they want to go bury their mom in another country ..his response? "what's that have to do with me"? "You're hurting my business". Hes  fired people because of this.
My question to you is: Do you want someone like this in your home ? He uses cheap pool acid on your floor and a cheap degreaser. He's never ever trained any worker to talk to customer about the strength of these Chemicals and to ask customer if there's a Baby or elderly person In The home and what can be done to perform job safely if so. Not  Ever.

He trains workers to hide the chemical containers and toss these chemicals all around your home..penetrating baseboards and kitchen cabinets and causing damage. These are harsh chemicals and can cause serious issues in the human body. When worker is  done picking up all that acid water from your floor, he will  drive around dumping this water from the vehicle around your neighborhood.He has no respect for someone's home. Much less for the well being of the customers family  or customers neighborhood. His attitude for every job if there's a big issue? We worked  In your home.. Pay up..He harasses customers and accuses them of being cheapskates when the customer raises issues about work performed. "the customers being shady" the customers not answering my call" "The customer is avoiding me" Of course they are avoiding you.. theyre only regret they did not avoid you sooner. Every job is a rush job. No service. Just "serve me" attitude.

All his machines or tools have issues. Nothing works as it should. Ever. Theres a problem with something every single day. theres always something wrong with the homes his company has worked on.He constantly avoids buying new machines so he does not have to spend money. His machines look like they came from a junkyard.Who ends up paying when the machines are not doing what they're supposed to? The customer. This is his fraud mentality. "Don't talk to the customer too much" get in and get out". " you've been at that job way too long..  "Customer won't see those scratches " What's taking so long"?

He's even had a drug addict and perverted weirdo working for him. Do you really want people like this knowing where you live? This is your sanctuary its your precious home where your precious family live ...Do you want a business owner like this in your home feeding you lies to get in order to get the highest dollar amount from you? What keeps him afloat? The workers who do the work he won't do. The workers he does not respect or appreciate.  I am doing this blog because people deserve to know what kind of person they might have to deal with.And by no means are all the jobs horrible. The workers do the most they can do with want they're given. And some work really hard.
They keep it going. They keep the fraud alive. It's not their fault. They just want to provide for their families.

But why risk it? Why take your chances with this fraud at the end of the day. This blog will not stop this fraud company. I realize that. But as long as it can serve as a heads up for the people of south Florida, I'm ok with that. No one can tell me that what's on this blog are lies. I can be contacted if you feel I'm fake.
