The Company Fresh Start Home Modification LLC has two address. 4 Foster Ave. Unit B Gibbsboro Nj 08026. The other 4 Foster Avenue, Voorhees, NJ 08043. Both Telephone numbers 8665778322 and 8567411632 have been disconnected. A women named Denise number is 6098289525 she usually will not answer. Raquel Rogers cell is 2069843959. She also usually will not answer. Nine complaints has been filled with the BBB and they have a rating of a F. This company promises to help keep your home even stating that they have there own attorneys and that they are part of the Obama Program. We gave them 1500.00 to help save our home but we have now since received foreclosure papers and no one from our Bank has talked with anyone from Fresh Start Home Modification LLC. Denise even told my mother-in-law that no one had been contacted from Macon Bank but that the money has been long gone. I did research and found a attorney General Mike Cox I believe in Michigan had issued 17 warning leters to fraudlent companies and Fresh Start was number 7 on the list. I have turned them in to everyone I can. When I asked about getting the money back which I was told if I was not happy I would get back. They told me that the money was long gone and that they have done there job that I am just supposed to sit and wait on my bank. They said that all there customers receive foreclosure papers and that this is part of the process. I just want this company to be brought down to a ene. Also the website will no longer accept emails. They have taken several peoples hard earned money and someone needs to see to it that they no longer do this to anyone else. I would gladly like to see everyone that is envolved with this company be punished for what they have done to us. We have lived in our home for 5 years I have two children and one due in 10 weeks now I have to spend my last weeks of pregnancy moving all because of this company took two young peoples money and did nothing.
