We signed up for Fresh Start Pc under the understanding that they were not going to charge us for hosting and staffing of a web site and they told us that they would not. Then my husband's Craig Allen's credit card got charged $25.00 for hosting and maintenance for a web site. Then the web site then only lasted for thirty days. Then it would not work any longer. Then me and my husband have been trying to reach freshstartpc @ 1-800-296-9442 for the last 2 1/2 months where we either get a message machine or there is no an answer or we get a busy signal.

We want all of the money that we paid to start up this biz back and we would like to sue for unfaithful statements that were told to us on their part.
