These companies are using the same address and phone number to spam google business pages for multiple business names serving the same industry which is a violation of google business terms.
As stated here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=en
Do not create more than one page for each location of your business, either in a single account or multiple accounts.
That also means that you cannot create multiple business pages on google and use the same address and a different phone number to verify the listing. You are spamming google at this point, and will eventually have all of your domains blacklisted from google.
Steps are being taken to have this companies domain names removed from google permanently. In the mean time we want the public to know how shady their business practices are so you will find another reputable company.
