Someone might need to research Mr. Scott Fricks and his criminal record in Dallas County (aggervated assult)... Someone may want to search the Criminal record of his wife Casi Fricks and how many CRIMINAL convictions she has. I will update with "other" name... She was arrested for a FELONY in Travis County..... MULTIPLE convictions in Dallas County, Denton County, and even Collin County.........
As far as Scott Fricks being a CONTRACTOR.... That is a Joke .... as one of his subs stated...... "Scott Fricks could not build a birdhouse" kinda like his "gym" that quickly closed down.......

There are several reports about Casi Fricks, Scott Fricks and Frickscapes Fence Company. The person responsible for writing the report is a very deranged individual who vowed to "get us back!"
We were hired by Jonathon Chad Sorrells owner of Dimples cupcakes to represent him on his real estate transactions and his commercial finish out for his space in Frisco Square. For no cause he fired Frickscapes 2 days before opening, submitted for a permit in his name and made sure we were not paid for around 20,000.00. We were left with no choice other that to file a mechanics lien against the property with the hopes of getting paid for the services that were provided. It isstillongoing.
When this transpired, we were left very confused and were approached by another individual he wronged with the long list of criminal activity and civil suits filed against him and his partner Bryan Owens for their last business they owned. On Site Property Management Company. The amount of money these scam artists stole is unfathomable.
In the fall we were approached by D Magazine about an article written about Dimples Cupcakes involving many people who were directly involved with them for one reason or another who had been wronged or owed money. The term white collar criminal comes to mind. He has since closed his business for non payment of rent in his retail stores and blames the D Magazine article and us in particular.
As far as our criminal history he is referring to? For a careless mistake 20 years ago and a hot check that was quickly taken care of has absolutely no bearing on the work provided by my husbands company. We will be happy to provide as many references needed from extremely happy customers not to mention we have an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas. Please contact me to resolve this issue.
