Absolutely horrible management company, really the worst I have ever dealt with. Leaks and other work goes unfixed unless you threaten them with a lawsuit or say you are going to call the Housing dept. Resident managers come and go, one time the building I live in did not have a resident manager for more than 5 months which is illegal! Office staff is generally rude and don't know how to talk to tenants. If you ask them for work to be done in your unit they will hol dit against you and purposefully delay service or leave harrassing notes on your door accusing you of this or that. Also, I discovered that every building that they manage is under a different company name in order to make it difficult to trace back the real owner who is behind all of this. All of the office staff are rude- especially Josephine and Amanda who snap at tenants for asking a single question. Nice work on the tenant relations guys! Also, they take cash for the application fees which the owner is probably pocketing and not reporting. I didn't notice this at first but when I started getting smart to their ways I began to figure out there were many fishy things happening at this company. I will work on getting the addresses of the individual buildings that the manage so you can steer clear of them! Absolutely horrific!
