friedman Law Associates/Brett Margolin Alarcon, margolin , Weber , riedman Associates modification company full of liars, money hunger former mortgage loan officers Hauppage, New York

For all those who are struggling with their mortgage payments and are desperate READ THIS FIRST.

Over 2 years ago I hired Brett Margolin to get me  a loan modification. long story short they took my money which they said had to pay upfront in 3 installment. A few months later they disappeared. Later I found out that the attorney was disbarred. I was left in the dark and all farther behind in payments to Chase. I tried going after them but they had vanished. I set myself on a trial paymnet arrangment with my lender but that was it. I did not know what would happen after the three  months. That Is when I started looking on line for a new attorney but this time I would better research and not pay ANYTHING upront. I contacted Friedman Law Associates. The lady who picked up sounded young and as if she was new. She said no one was availble to take my call and just to "hang on" when she picked me up after a while of being on hold she said" sorry I forgot you were on the line" I asked her to confirm the same of the company so I could cross them off and she said Dean Weber and Associates, I questioned why she initally said Friedman? she told me to hold on.

She transferred me to a legal assiatant at this point I was done with them but to get the guy off the phone I gave him my email so he can send me an application. He did. I really didnt get around to ith till a few days later and then I realized the fax number of Dean Weber/ Lee Friedman was the same as Brett Maegolin. this is when I started looking on line. I called the number and asked to speak to the legal assistant who initally helped me when it was Margolin and he was employeed by this new comapny, so was the so called paralegal whi turns out is not a paralegal nor has no legal certificate. i strted looking at other peoples complaints on brett margolin and the names of indviduals they dealt with. I deciede to take these down and call this Friedman Law office turns out ALL the names are now employeed by LEE FRIEDMAN / DEAN WEBER..... this people scame homeowners and when they are caught simply change their name. their so called legal assitants are former loan officers with no law education, the paralegals are ignorant woman who have no legal experience. DO NOT FALL OR IT.
