Frieghtrunner Logistics Inc. SCAM Vehicle Moving Company. Ripping me off of $200 for a car they were unable to transport Lockport, IL Internet

Contracted Frieghtrunner logistics inc to transport my Infiniti JX35 from OH to AZ for me in early march. I made a down payment of $200.00 which is fully refundable even if I change my mind about the shipment according to the terms of the contract. Frieghtrunner Logistics Inc could not provide me with a tow truck for over a month so I decided to fly to OH and drive the car myself. Ron Reeves, the general manager of Frieghtrunner logistics promised that per the terms of the contract, I should see my refund in 15 business days. After the 15 business days, I did not receive my refund, I contacted Mr. Reeves by phone and email, and he promised that I should see it the next day, nothing happened.

They are ignoring my phone calls and emails now. I have made a complaint to BBB awaiting their response. It has been a terrible experience with these guys, please find a more reliable company to move your vehicle. Don't fall for the 3 good reviews, that fooled me into giving them my $200.00. The company's credibility is really questionable.
