Friendly Auto Sales i bought a toyota camery march 29, 2007, ABS light was on when went out the car had no brakes and they wouldnt give me another car or fix that one. now i want my money back ripoff Jasper Alabama

I bought a Toyota camery from friendly auto sales march 29,2007. when i got the car the abs light was on, when the light went out the car didnt have any brakes and wanted to pull to the left. me and my one year old daughter about had a wreck in the car 3 times.

they told me to take the car here and there and i did and noone would fix the car. they said i could drive it like that. i asked could i have my money back, they said no, i ask if i could trade cars and they said no to that also. then the first payment was due may first which was today and they sent someone out to get it and they wasnt suppose to come and get it til it was ten days late. i wasnt even late yet and they won't even refund my money.

they were very rude and mean. they made me cry. all i wanted was a safe car for me and my daughter. they wouldnt even loan me a car to go to birmingham to the doctor. i wouldnt recomend anyone to go there and get a car. they done my sister in law almost the same way. i need someone help to let me know if i could have a chance at this.
