in sept 2007 i put a deposit down on a new trk the next day the sale s man kyle belveal called and said the trk had already been sold so i told them to give me my deposit back and i would look somewhere else .kyle told me i would have to talk to jay wise one of the owener s he said he could get another trk i told them no he refused to give me the deposit back and said i agreed to verbally change a written contract witch i did not do to this day i still have not got my deposit back. i filed a complaint with the mo atty general and they could care less that i am disabled and they wont give my money back there investigation consisted of 2 phone call s and 3 letter s and wanted me to let them keep a large portion of the deposit to settle the matter i told them no. also if you are thinking about buying anything from this dealer beware they try to get you to sign agreement s that are in there best intrest where you have to let them service your auto or it void s the warranty and where you cant take them to court. if you are smart you will stay away from this thief s and not waste your time with the mo atty general s office they can care less if it dont get them on the new s mo is rated 1 of the worst state s for consumer fraud because of this office refuses to enforce the law s of the state
