Under the impression that this is a valid, licensed Pharmacy, I placed an order and received the wrong product. I found that the name of the Pharmacy " Complete Patient Services " is the real pharmacy that serves as the "front" for this company. They will not correct the problem and only move customers around in a circle till the customer gives up.
This company also is known by:

Do not order from this company unless you wish to expose your personal and financial information to a fraudulent and fake online Pharmacy that poses as legal.

I too have been scammed by friendlyclinic.com

The above report is 100% possible. This company is a scam, they also require a valid phone number and email address (which they call and confirm before shipping). Then they use that number to call you AT LEAST 4 times per day. I was also told:
"IF YOU WANT US TO STOP CALLING HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER CHANGED"
Stay away from this company at all costs.

is this the whole story?

this company has provided reliable service for years. true, it is an affiliate of a larger company--and they do as they promise.
so: did you dispute the charge with your bank? did you read and agree to their terms? did you purchase something you ought not have (and intended to use elsewhere) and get in trouble with the wife? did you spend money you did not have to spare?
just because you are unhappy with whatever the outcome does not equal "rip-off."
