Joanne Frisch hired me as a marketing strategist/consultant.  At the time of hire, as our profile states we are NOT lead generators but design strategy plans.  In my presentation to her she complimented the quality of the presentation, email verification compliments the changes made to their website which was NEVER completed by the client.  We identified 5x the number of potential customers that was selected by the client--she provided 5 names--we provided over 25 names.  We contacted each to verify that they received our presentation and call.  Everyone confirmed receiving the presentation.  However, upon potential clients checking the website it was amateurish, outdated, confusing, as no changes were made.  Ms. Frisch was reprimanded by her husband that they didn't need outside consultation--this was an argument since the inception--her asking for a refund was irresponsible as all the work in the agreement was provided.  We suggested arbitration and she refused.  She was blocked after insulting us as a "fraud" which was irresponsible and the company's lack of professionalism to update their company image, being consumed by competitors was not our fault--we were retained as consultants NOT a sales force.
