Froggifts.com screwed up order promised to re-ship never shipped still telling me they will, will not offer refund Brooksville Florida

Do not order from Froggifts.com. This is a terrible company with little to NO customer service whatsoever. I ordered a shower curtain with matching hooks from them. About 3wks later, I get the shipment but I get the wrong shower hooks. I try to call but all you ever get is a machine, so I emailed. They stated they would send me the correct hooks......that was over 5wks ago now. We moved to a new address so I contacted them again & they said they would ship to the new address tomorrow.....it's been over 2wks & they still have not arrived. I emailed that I do not trust them & expect a refund for the inconvenience & still have not heard anything.

These people do not want to reply, you can tell from their replies that they never even bother to look up the order. If I had made this kind of mistake, I would've overnighted the correct hooks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I have ordered from frogstore several times & have never had this issue & if you see something you like, contact frogstore & they will get it for you. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
