I ordered a panettone From Roy for Christmas on 12/11. It’s now 1/3 and still haven’t received it. From Roy has no phone number to call listed in their web site and no where on the internet so you are relegated to sending an email to their "customer service” department which I’m convinced doesn’t exist because I haven’t received a response from them yet either.

From Roy is all over reputable food magazines, sold through William Sonoma as well. He’s also listed on the internet if you are looking for a quality panettone. I can only assume they went there directly to pick it up!
