United Legal Processing Division Recieved a scary call from Roy Campbell from United Legal Processing Division Losangles California

On august 1,2008 I recieved a phone call from a man named Roy Campbell from ulpd telling me I was going to be arrestted in a matter of days and was going to serve two years in jail and pay 15,000 in fines to the government for defaulting on a loan through midland marketing or sjm markting he would not give me the actual companies info and also stated he could help me today if I paid him money.Roy Campbell said he was an investigater and that he needed to collect 1200.00 dollars from me I insited that I did not have it and then he demanded 700.00 dollars I still insited I did not have it and he then asked how about 390.00 or 180.00 I still insited I did not have it. I was very upset at this point and did not know what to do because he knew my name and other personal info about me.At that point I demanded sjm or midland marketing phone number and I was given 323-928-4377 these men also had a thick accent too and pretended to put me on hold and I could here them talking in a different language and then they pretended to put me on the phone with ulpd Roy Campbell and also robert mathews.The odd part of all of this is I talked with any payday loan companies that I have loans with or had in the past and they all stated that they know nothing about ulpd or that they are a part of sjm or midland marketing.Roy Campbell also gave me Ulpd@usa.com And a fax number of 914-462-3657 and 310-775-9069 and that he was calling from california all of these man have thick accents and you can not tell if you are talking to the same person or not.If anyone recieves a call from this company ignore it its a scam and I advise you not to give them any of your money and to report it to your local police department and The FBI at www.ic3.gov and also put a fraud alert on at the credit bureaus so if anyone opens credit in your name or social number you will be notified. Keep a record of or notes when you did everything and keep all of the info that they stated to you incase you are contacted by The FBI or others reguarding this The FBI told me it could take months or years until a case could happen so keep everything in a safe place.Do not feel bad if you gave them a debit card or credit card number they are very shifty if you gave them any of that kind of info cancel the cards at once.If you did one that you have to load yourself you may not see that money again because they make this all seem so real and scary.My local police department looked at the phone numbers that they gave me tat I researched on 411.com on a reverse look up the officer stated he thught they all might be cell phones. Do different reserch and save any info you can to share with the authorities. I also showed the police a copy of another report from ripoff.com.Just be careful and do not answer the phone again if they would call back! I am writting this report to warn others about this scam so no one will be a victim of them. We need to do what we can to make them stop!
