United Legal Processing Division you are a frud theft by deception San Jose California

I was contacted by the company ulpd about six months ago. They tried to get me to pay them 1,500 dollars or i was going to jail. That scared me to death. I told them that i didn't have the money and the just kept on calling me at my job. Then for a brief moment they stopped with the calling. Now they are back to calling me again, this time they told me that i owed them 830.00 dollars this amount would stop me from going to jail, and i wouldn't have to appear in court on Monday 6/23/08, but i needed to fax them my credit card number and a signed authorization form. Or the police will be at my job to pick me up and make sure that i come. This happened on friday6/20/08. something told me not to do it and i didn't. I looked them up on the internet and found that someone else was having the same problem. So can someone tell me how to stop this harassment.
