From You Flowers, LLC RIP YOU OFF FLOWERS Old Saybrook, Connecticut Internet

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......Their website is totally deceptive  The advertise flowers at a very resonable price at first and after your ourder is placed a $27.00 order is $54.00.  I ordered flowers on a Thursday for same day delivery and was expecting a conformation email from them as their website says they will provide at the time of delivery.  No email received that day so I called them to ask what the problem was.  They informed me that they attempted delivery but no one was at the place of business at the time.  Not True...I have a friend that was working there until late in the evening.  After I mentioned this the next excuse was that the address was in error.  Which is was not.  They did refund my same day delivery charge and 15% of my purchase.  Have not seen that yet back in my account.  The promised delivery the next day.  No delivery conformation email on Friday so I called them back to see what the issue was.  Very RUDE customer service person who refused to give me her name.  I asked what the name of the vendor that the used so that I would never use them.  She told me that it is against company policy to tell customers who the vendor is.  I checked my delivery status on saturday and according to their website my delivery was not made.  I called them to see why and after they put me on hold for 10 min.  I was told that delivery was made on Friday.  I asked why I did not receive a conformation email that delivery was made and she told me that sometimes they do not do it.  I asked why and she had no answer.  Today is Tuesday and still have not received my refund or confirmation email.  Delivery was made but I had to call and check.  They did NOTHING that they said they would do on their website.  I am suprised that they did not have me deliver the flowers myself.  Avoid this company.
