DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I should have read the reviews before placing my order.
The site says "satisfaction guaranteed". Too bad there isn't a way to enforce that because I am by no means satisfied!! I usually don't write reviews but this incident made me so mad, I just had to write something!
I chose fromyouflowers dot com because they had a free delivery special. (I should have known they were going to compensate for that by giving me an inferior product and no customer service) I can't believe the customer service representative actually brought this up when I complained . She said I should be happy with the flowers since I didn't have to pay for delivery. How does she keep her job???
I ordered the "Florist designed Christmas plant." What my parents got was a pink poinsettia. There were poinsettias on the site, so if I wanted poinsettias, I would have ordered them!!!.
Next, how is a simple poinsettia "florist designed"? I have bought florist designed plants from other sites like proflowers and 1800flowers and they sent a plant with live flowers and they were always beautiful. Furthermore, a pink poinsettia? My Mom said it was nice thought, but the color is ugly!! Glad she didn't remind me she doesn't like poinsettias! (Which is another reason I'm so upset they sent poinsettias)
Although I once had an issue with on time delivery from 1800flowers their customer service representatives were wonderful and they rectified the situation to my satisfaction, so I ordered from them again. I can't believe I had to argue with fromyouflowers and I still didn't get satisfaction. All they did was offer $15 off the next order. Do they really think I would order from them again when they won't rectify the current situation????? I want the flowers exchanged. Pick up the ugly poinsettia and bring a plant!

After numerous phone calls and emails they finally sent a small plant. I'm not happy I had to go through this but at least they somewhat tried to make it right.
