FromYouFlowers - Florist Express Placed an online order but no delivery. Customer service hung when I mentioned RipoffReport.com Old Saybrook Connecticut

I ordered flowers from this third party dealer to be delivered to a restaurant. When I called customer service From You Flowers said the actual florist in my town was supposed to deliver by 1 pm. She tried to call them to check the order but of course they were closed. She said I would get a refund. I called my bank to try to stop payment but the charge already went through. I called From You Flowers again to ask who the actual florist in my town is but was told it was private info. I said "there is no florist, I'm sitting here in front of the computer looking at the Ripoff Report web site". Click! She hung up. I guess they know well what Ripoff Report is.
