Front Row Tickets.com Reserve One Tickets Front Row Tickets Buyers Beware Internet

I ordered two tickets from Front Row Tickets/Reserve One Tickets. Ordering them though Blake Shelton’s website I trusted them.  The concert was in Manchester, NH on 10/6/16. I selected section 108 (close to the stage) for a seating price of $152 each. It wasn’t until after I placed the order that I realized the “seating range” was 106 to 108. I contacted the company immediately and was assured I was “guaranteed” to receive a seat valued at my selected price. The tickets never arrived as promised, which didn’t allow time to correct the problem. My repeated attempts to inquire about my tickets were repeatedly advised they were “guaranteed”. I received my tickets 1 day before the concert and sat in the section (108) furthest away from the stage. Our neighboring seats (2 tickets) sold for $66 each with their total cost including fees were $157 and our total cost was $380. I’ve made repeated attempt for resolve. The only response from Front Row Tickets and Reserve One Tickets are “it’s the vendors fault” and “all sales are final”.
