 Made the mistake of having my boat winterized and scheduled repairs. Not only was the boat scuffed and scrapped from the mechanics, the thousands of dollars of repairs wasn't done, a spotlight was ripped from its mounting, a seat leg was broken and the only response was they "dropped the ball." I fixed the seat and sent them the bill for the spotlight. No response from Mr. DeGraw. They would you to believe that this is a rare occurrence. However, when I was removing my boat from the marina, I spoke to one and only one fellow customer. What's are the odds of meeting the only other customer where they also "dropped the ball?" He too had similar complaints with zero repairs performed and miscellaneous damages. If you're looking for a place to store your boat, or have some repairs done, I don't think you want to go to fronteac harbor.
