I was called by Frontier pharmacy who I had worked with before with no problems. They were to high On Clonazapam so I said no. He said is there another medication you might need, I said not really but maybe if the price is right. I asked for a price on Ambien and he said $525 and I said no way your crazy, he said hold on and let me check my generic pharmacy. He came back with $110 for 90 pills shipped. I said excellent lets do it. Two days ago My Visa bill was charged for $581. I called Bank of America to dispute the bill. They agreed to refund the money and said it would be done in 1-2 days. But a couple of funny things came up during the three way call with them, B of A and myself. The credit card company that charged the card said they just charged cards and they would have to find out through their records who the charge was from, then the salesman came on the phone???? The other guy came back and said the package would arrive Friday and to just refuse the package and that they were just putting it on the truck in Kentucky. Four hours later a package arrived so I signed for it thinking it was from another company I order from. (I couldn't expect it was from them they said they just put it on the truck from Kentucky and would get here friday). It also only had one of the two medications. Just rip off after lie after rip off. Sorry I don' know how to indent. Tried a couple of times and it didn't work. I will help if asked to go after these guys. My fist online problem.

Rebuttal from Frontier pharmacies

AUTHOR: Denise - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 16, 2006

Let me be the first to say that Frontier Pharmacies does not call patients and solicit business. Frontier Pharmacies works directly with Physician offices to obtain prescriptions based on the patients request.

If you have worked with Frontier Pharmacies in the past then you should know by experience that we are a licensed pharmacy and only fill prescriptions received from the physician.

Frontier Pharmacies is a Florida licensed and Square Trade Approved pharmacy. All prescriptions received, are first verified for authenticity, making sure that there is a valid, face-to-face relationship between the patient and the physician. It is not until we have validated the prescription that the medication is then mailed out.

There are only 2 charges that a customer of Frontier Pharmacies would receive on their credit card statement. The first is an initial non-refundable $19.95 processing fee that is applied to cover the costs accrued through the verification process, and in turn to allow for us to keep our medication prices low.

The second is a charge for the medication; charged once a verified prescription has been received by the patient's primary care physician (PCP). Both of these charges will appear on a bank statement as FrontierPharmacies.com. If the charge on your credit card says anything different then it is not Frontier Pharmacies.

As was stated earlier, Frontier Pharmacies is a Florida Licensed and Square Trade
