Frontier Telephone: Welcome to New Frontier!!! What new frontier??? I'm too busy babysitting my bill for errors!! East Rochester, New York

I have soooo totally HAD IT with Frontier Telephone. I have been billed incorrectly every month for an entire year!

It was so bad, that I finally asked if I could have that little Dell Mini9 Laptop just for all of my inconveniences. I had to agree to a commitment on the computer for 3 years, but I got it. The promotion was for people who had certain levels of phone, internet and Dish Network services.

Then, silly me, I stopped checking my bill for a few months. I was really busy with LIFE. I have been set up on automatic bill payment to ensure my payments are always made.

That was a mistake!! They take my money, then I have to call and get credited every month. And, guess what? I would like to have that money ($20-$50 per month) for other things.

And every time you call, you get a different story from each rep. No one knows what the heck they are doing, I was actually told that I canceled my Price Protection Plan...What? I just decided to call them and say , "Hey, I'd like to give you even MORE money every month- 'cuz I'm so rich."

I never even got an apology from the company for all the over charges.  I contacted the Public Service Commission, was given a case number and they reported my concerns to Frontier Corporate. They stilled billed me incorrectly!!!

I tried to view my bill online, which requires a very simple log in. It won't let me view my account, cancel the Automated Bill payment....I have had it!!

I want to find a lawyer who will sue them for all the times they have inconvenienced me. Like, last January, when Frontier ACCIDENTALLY shut off all of my services and the bill wasn't even due yet!!!! It took WEEKS to get everything back on, then get the d**n credits due, then get past the under-trained reps on the phone who just blurt out anything without investigating the account - which in itself, can send you right over the tree tops!!

Frontier Telephone, I can stand you!
