This company, represented by it's owner & Managing Director for UK/Europe visited me personally in the United Arab Emirates to recruit me in assisting them to expand operations into the Middle East. They are a mystery shopping company that would ask me to pay shoppers on their behalf & then refund me along with a salary. Within the first few months of operations they would refund their payments (but very very late) frustrating everyone including myself, their clients & their shoppers. After being awarded contracts for several countries in the region & travelling (paid for by myself) to meet & setup these agreements & personal demonstrations to clients in the region, they then failed to refund or re-imburse myself, it' shoppers or any of the people involved in it's work or doing work on their behalf. This has been the case for a year now & they are still in the process of recruiting mystery shoppers & failing to pay them or paying them reduced fees months later.

I work in the UK as a mystery shopper for Frontline Focus and have done for over 8 years. I don't know if the company has been taken over in the last year or two but the way we are paid has certainly gone downhill.
We used to be paid every fortnight for jobs completed in the previous month. We are now paid between 8 and 12 weeks after we have completed an assignemnt. The UK based company says they have to wait for Canada to authorise the payment but I hve been in touch with Canada and spoke with the man who does their payroll and he says he has produced the pay sheet at the end of the month but that the UK have to pay us. He also stated that the UK have to wait for Kristi Woolley to authorise the payment.
I personally am fed up and have refused to do further assignments this month until they sort out their pay system. I have found work with other companies who are much more reliable. I think if other mystery shoppers do the same this company will be in serious trouble soon as they won't find anyone willing to work for them, or if they do they won't stay for very long.
I have to say that the UK based company are absolutely brilliant and the staff are great and I feel very sorry that they have to put up with all the complaints when it is totally out of their control.
