Signed a contract that offered 100% guarantee.  When it didn't work after two treatments, I cancelled.  They charged me a $352 cancelation fee (drafted from my account) auto payment plan, in addition to the two $88 treatments.  After two months of fighting with them and reporting to the BBB, an attorney sending letters to their corporate office in Arizona, I finally sent an email stating if you are going to keep my money, I want my lawn serviced.  The following Monday, they drafted my bank account again for $88.  I'm sick of these people.  Buyer Beware, they are a rip off company with empty promises.  They wanted to come back out and retreat for free with these chemicals.  Absolutely not.
