Wayne Chanboon owner of Frontline Protective Services is doing business unethically, allows officers to work without being state licensed, asks his employee's to wait till following week after payday to cash their checks, and then they go to cash them and no one will cash their checks due to account being NSF.

Wants employees to ride along for free while being trained, does not pay overtime, Clients are not being taken care of like they should be. Very seldom is he in the office unless a client is complaining then he rips his staff when in reality he's at fault because officers are not receiving proper training/paid training in order to fulfill their job duties.

Has a web-site stating licensures and experience which only a couple have been verified. Claims to be with West Jordan Utah reserve Police Dept. Claims to be with FBI Gang Task Force and uses his unverified affiliation to gain discounts on rental cars and motels when traveling. Claims to be with U.S. Counter-Terrorism Task Force. Web-site claims to have K-9 unit and only dog we know of is his  Chineese Pug. If your looking for a security company either for employment or services I wouldn't pick this one, officers are very good but owner of company is deceitful , tells one lie to cover up the next.
