Do not trust FrontRow or TicketsNow they are very crooked people. I was looking to purchase tickets for the supercross in the Georgia Dome dated for the 21st of this mopnth. This was my first time purchasing tickets on the internet.

It will probably be my last. I wanted to get seats close to some of my friends that already had tickets and frontrow had the better prices that I saw. So I clicked on the tickets that I wished to purchase, and I was immediately redirected to TicketsNow.

They charged me a service fee of $36.00 for each ticket even though there was no mention of a service charge at FrontRow. Each ticket price was $144.00 for the 2nd level seating which was not the worst nor the best seats.

When I received the tickets they have $40.00 stamped on them. I was completely ripped off. I payed a total of $374.00 for 2 tickets that are worth $80.00. On top of the service charge of $72.00, they added $14.00 for shipping/handling.

This has made me not to want to do business over the internet nor go to any events in fear of being ripped off again. I'm glad these brokers think that they have to rip people off to get the things in life that they want!!

Inaccurate False Report

This report is completely inaccurate, and slanderous to our reputation.  We have been in business more than 20 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  We have a sterling reputation with the Better Business Bureau, with a AAA rating.

We are Frontrow.com, we are not TicketsNow.  TicketsNow is an entirely different company based in Illinois.  Our website has no affiliation with TicketsNow, and we would not re-direct our customers to them.

These tickets were not purchased through us or our website.  We did not sell tickets to any SuperCross event in the Georgia Dome or else where; on this date or any other. 

We did not sell tickets to any person named Chrissy from Waynesboro, MS.  This person is mistaken.

There are many Front Row websites and companies that have Front Row in their title.  Frontrowtickets.com, Frontrow USA, Frontrow Entertainment,  Frontrow Seats, just to name a few.  Again, these tickets were not purchased from us.

 It is also clear, Chrissy does not frequent ticket brokers.  We are in business like anyone else, customers purchase from us when they are looking for premium tickets to sold out or hard to find events.  We are a secondary market, and the face value of the ticket is not relevant to the purchase price.  Purchase price is set by market value, and includes the cost of obtaining the tickets.

It is unfortunate that consumers are allowed to post false and damaging reports, without anything to substantiate their claim.  This person did not purchase from us, but is allowed to damage our reputation with invalid information.  Also, this person did not provide any type of receipt, invoice, or other documentation with our company.

Our professional team provides 5 star service to all of our clients.  If any issues would arise, we would hope to be notified first, and resolve any matters promptly.

Please withdraw this unfounded report from our name.  We would hope that consumers would need to provide some evidence of their transaction with our company prior to filing a report.  We would be happy to assist any person, who actually purchased from us.
